My Family | Carrie Rubin

A little about me and why I wanted to put together this event:

My kids are 5 and 3 and I finally feel like I’m starting to come up for air. They’re a little more self-sufficient now and can happily entertain themselves for a stretch while I prepare dinner or do things around the house. But looking back on the past 5 years there was a lot of stress and worry about the job I was doing as a mom. And while there is a ton of information out there about all aspects of raising young children, I ended up spending a lot of time and energy sifting through it all to find the stuff that really resonated with me and helped me in my parenting journey.

I organized the Surviving Early Childhood Summit to bring the best of the best tips, tricks, tools, and experts from around the world together in one place. My goal is to fill your toolbox with all of the information you need to successfully navigate this very challenging time in your parenting journey.

In addition, I’m a Health Coach who works with busy moms like you, helping them build healthier, happier families. This includes helping find the perfect diet for them, assisting with getting healthier meals on the table that the whole family will enjoy, and triaging picky eaters. You’ll be hearing from me on the summit about those frustrating picky eaters!

One of the biggest lessons that learned this year was the importance of getting support. It is so hard to ask for and accept it most of the time, isn’t it? But it is so critical to seek support, especially when your kids are young. Please don’t try to do it all on your own!

I hope you’ll join me for this summit and get the support you need so you can SURVIVE EARLY CHILDHOOD!

With love and hugs (you're doing a great job, mama!),

Carrie
